How on Earth is it June already!?!? Halfway through the year, you have got to be kidding me!

But seriously, it is pretty crazy. It is however, a perfect time for me to check in on my reading goals for 2019. See how I am doing and all that. Check where I am doing well and see where I might not quite be making the cut.

So, here goes!

And yes, I know the picture says 2018… I’m stupid!

Read 30 books 👍👎

I’m currently on 14 books. This isn’t terrible, but it isn’t quite on track. I am one book behind! I can take some solace from the fact that most books I have read this year have been on the larger side, but such is the life of a fantasy fan! Must try harder!

Read more books from the library👍

Oh, I am definitely hitting this one! Maybe as much as 90% of the books I have read this year have been from the library. Honestly, I wouldn’t be able to read so many amazing books without my library membership. Go support your local library!

Read a greater range of genres👎

Also not really hitting this one. I have read a few non-fantasy books, but not enough! I have taken a few books out of the library that will help here recently, but I need to make a concerted effort here too. But you know what the problem is? There are so many great fantasy books to read as well!

Reach 200 followers👍

I’ve hit this one out of the park I think! As of writing, I am on 309 followers, so yeah… I got this one. Maybe I’ll hit 400 or more by the end of the year even!

2 out 4 goals hit… That isn’t too bad? Right? Okay, I need to try a bit harder on a few of them.

How are your goals going? Hopefully better than mine!
